Selected experience includes such efforts in programming strategies, asset management design, data for media system, cable distribution technology, and OTT systems.

Bruce Lagerman leads the technology commercialization practice, Lagerman IP Technology Ventures, Inc. and has established a comprehensive program where clients can assess the value of their Intellectual Property (IP), manage the idea from early or late stage patent protection, and move to licensing and implementation.                                                                                                                                      
Bruce is an experienced intellectual property attorney, a Certified Licensing Professional and has established programs that have generated significant revenue for technology companies and inventors. Bruce has his J.D. from American University, served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Honorable Randall R. Rader of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and began his career at the prestigu0us firm of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP in Washington D.C.  Bruce also served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, where he led program management efforts in crew enhancement for manned space flight.

It has over 40,000 points in its on-line transaction capture network and its major business lines are credit information and analysis, prepaid cellphone recharge, private-label credit card processing and banking outlet networks. Data base lists with positive information and consumer habits are other specialties present in stage patent protection, with a goal to move to licensing and implementation. 
Paul J. Johnson is the Principal for BPK Consulting, Inc. and an accomplished international executive, with deep experience in both commercial and government programs. He has led efforts for multi-million dollar technology and integration efforts in the Middle East, Afghanistan and Europe for telecommunications, satellite networks, broadcast and media. As a business advisor, Paul has also performed top level business functions  leading efforts in M&A, contracts and corporate governance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
Paul served as SVP of Globecomm, Inc. where the core team grew the company from a million dollar startup to a large system integrator today. His work at STS and Fairchild also represent foundations in a career in satellite and aerospace systems that he's leveraged globally. Paul holds a B.B.A. from St. Bonaventure University and lives on Long Island, NY.
